Refund customers must return order within 7 business days of item being received. A 25% re stock fee will apply.
If the item has exceeded the 7 Days returned policy or has been used it means that you have accepted your gear and can no loger be returned or exchanged for another item. If you paid for express service this fee is non-refundable.

We pride ourselves in being the number one store to produce high quality custom gear, we have an experienced team dedicated to the production high detailed gear. After every custom transaction is complete photos of the finished products are emailed to the customer to make sure it meets its expectations. If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with the final product we will make it right and fix so that it meets your standards. Custom gear is non-refundable after it has been approved by customer and shipped. If a custom order is cancelled after production has started a 15% cancellation fee will apply.
We do accept exchanges on damaged items, wrong items or wrong sized item. Shipping charge will apply. We do require that you contact us within 7 business days to request an exchange, If you need to make an exchange please contact us using the Contact us form.
If you received a damaged item or If your item becomes damaged within the first two weeks of being received we will replace it at no additional cost to you. Please contact us and provide images of the damage so email@example.com
