Has my order been shipped?

Once your order has been shipped, we will send you an email to confirm dispatch. A tracking number as well as your expected delivery date will be included in the email.
If you have not received this email and you’d like to check the status of your order, then please fill out our Contact us form and we will reply in a timely manner with your tracking info as well as your expected delivery date.
 

How do I place a Custom Order?

Placing a request for a custom order is simple; please start by filling out our Custom Work form and include as many details as possible for your project. We will generate a price quote as well as a time frame for your order to be ready. If you accept our offer we will further give you instructions on how to place and finalize your order.

 

How long does shipping take?

In stock items normally ship within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number. (please note that in some cases in-stock items become out of stock and have to be reproduced causing a 2-3 days delay on shipping)

Do you offer express service?

Due to our shipping location we DO NOT have the overnight service available. The fastest service we can provide is 3-5 businessdays to any U.Scity and 7-10 businessdays to Rest of World.

Order Status

If you have not received your order shipping information and would like to know its status, then please fill out our Contact us form and we will respond in a timely manner. We will include your tracking number as well as your expected delivery date.

 

Changes to your order

If you made an error on your order and wish to make changes please contact us directly by using our Contact us form. We will make you order corrections as requested as well as email you once they have been made. Customers can make the following changes:

  • Address change
  • Size change
  • Cancel order
  • Add or remove items from order
  • Combine shipping

 

Placing a custom order

Placing a custom order is very fast and easy. Simply fill out our CUSTOM WORK form and we will generate a price quote as well as time frame for your order to be ready.

 

Measurements

For custom order we will request certain measurements, if you have any questions in regards our already in-stock gear measurements please use the Contact us form.

 

Custom order wait time

Custom order wait time can range anywhere from 1-4 weeks. A more accurate wait time will be given to customer once they have submitted their custom work request. You can send your custom work request by filling out our Custom Work form.

 

Express service

Need your order fast? We have Express Service available for customers on a dealine which starts at $65 for a single item and your order is guaranteed to ship within 5-7 days or sooner.  For multiple items additional fees may apply.   Please request Express service when filling out your custom order request form.
