    Placing a request for a custom order is simple; please start by filling out our Custom Work form and include as many details as possible for your project.     In stock items normally ship within 24-48 hours. Once your order has been shipped, we will email you the tracking number. (please note that in some cases in-stock items become out of stock and have to be reproduced causing a 2-3 days delay on shipping)

    Do you offer overnight or express shipping?

    Due to our shipping location we DO NOT have the overnight service available. The fastest service we can provide is 3-5 businessdays to any U.Scity and 7-10 businessdays to Rest of World.

      Custom order wait time

      Custom order wait time can range anywhere from 1-4 weeks. A more accurate wait time will be given to customer once they have submitted their custom work request. You can send your custom work request by filling out our Custom Work form.

      Express service

      We understand some of our customer need to meet deadlines which is why we have created a Express Service for custom orders on single items. It is $25 added to the original quote for 1 week wait or $15 for a two week a wait. If interested in using this service please let us know when submitting your custom order.

      We currently ship all of our products via DHL.com you may track your order using the tracking number provided to you. If you have not received your tracking number please fill out the the Contact us form and we will email it to you.

      We understand some of our customer need to meet deadlines which is why we have created a Express Service for custom orders on single items. It is $25 added to the original quote for 1 week wait or $15 for a two week a wait. If interested in using this service please let us know when submitting your custom order.

      $14.90 for the first item plus $7 for each additional item 4-7 business days for arrival after the shipping date.

      International

      $24.90 for the first item $7 for any additional items 7-10 business days for arrival after the shipping date.

      As of this moment we DO NOT ship to P.O Box, APO/FPO address due to that our shipping company requires a signature upon receipt. We will contact you requesting an alternative shipping address for your order.
